Being Unique and Keeping Individuality

Most people think that to be unique people have to be completely different from everyone else.  I don't really think this is true.  To me, everyone is unique in their own way, and no two people are exactly alike.  Everyone has something about them will set them apart from another person, whether that thing is a hobby, a belief, their style, or something else.

Keeping individuality in an adult world means to stay yourself, and not change things about yourself just to be like others.  To stay yourself, it isn't that you have to stay exactly the same.  You can change, but the key to keeping individuality is to always make sure that what you are doing and how you are living your life is a true representation of you and who you are, and is not just you trying to blend in with others.

  1. I agree with everything that you mentioned in your responses, especially the way you stated how all people are unique in their own way, making it so that no two neighbors, friends, family members, and people in general are exactly alike. Also, I strongly agree with the point you made that the key to individuality is staying the true person you know you must be. In addition, one must respect other individuals for the way they are and their representation of themselves. You did a really nice job Anna!
